1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and packaging are intact

The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
🚫 Items not eligible for return:

Innerwear, lingerie, and sleepwear

Items purchased during clearance or sale

Customized or altered products
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if damaged)

Our team will respond within 48 hours
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
3. Return Pickup & Shipping

Reverse pickup is free for damaged or incorrect items

For other returns, a ₹100 return shipping fee may be deducted

Products must be handed over in original packaging
4. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
💳 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement if:

You received a damaged product

You received the wrong size or item
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days
